Disappointed
As a military family overseas, we were excited that embrace would work with us over here. But now after spending over a year with them and not getting our refund back on several different occasions I am highly disappointed. We did everything they asked in fact we did it several times and they still kept saying it wasn't enough. We were forced to cancel with them as we were doing our part and they weren't doing there's. I'm disappointed with their lack of working with us on the situation and their unbiased attitude of losing a customer.
