Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace insurance is so good that whenever I see someone on the street with a puppy or young dog I ask if they have pet insurance. We had very mediocre insurance for our first dog. It just didn't cover much and every procedure had a really low limit. We're now on our 4th dog. She's a very active 14 month old lab mix rescue sweetie. She's crazy, impulsive and very high energy. She's really well trained but we still seem to be at the vet at least 2x a month lately. The most recent visit was because she ate part of a toy while with a dog sitter. She required emergency surgery when it lodged in her stomach and Embrace came thru for us very quickly with a reimbursement check. Two days ago she had a gash on her foot from playing fetch in our yard that required stitches. Embrace has paid a 80% on every single claim we've made. We are not wealthy people and would not be able to afford this dog without Embrace. Really. Get it. Now.

I have aa English Mastiff and have had to make several claims due to illness or injury. Embrace has been wonderful. My claims have been processed within days of submitting. Customer service always courteous and very helpful with any questions I may have. Couldn't be happier!

Purchasing insurance through Embrace was the best decision we ever made on behalf of our wonderful Dexter (6-year-old standard poodle). He had a CCL tear and subsequent TTA surgery in September. Embrace was with us all the way - easy claim submission and prompt, complete payments. I have heard nightmares from dogpark friends who have purchased other insurance, and I have told everyone that Embrace is definitely the way to go. Excellent customer service, and the coverage is exactly what is advertised. We are extremely happy with Embrace and thank you for making this difficult time a lot easier on the bank account!!

We submitted the claim and within a few days they contacted us. Not long after that it was approved and a check was sent.
