Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

One of my kitties was diagnosed with sarcoma. I am happy I had the Embrace insurance and was able to do everything possible to get him the best treatment available. Although the insurance reimbursement is caped at US 5,000 and the full cost is higher than that , it was a great help.Reimbursement process was quick and smooth.

This was the first time I sent a claim to Embrace. I wasn't sure what to expect but the claim form was was to fill out and I was able to check the status online. Customer service was very helpful and my claim was processed in a reasonable amount of time.

My cat was injured and we had to go to the vet almost weekly throughout the summer. I could not have done this without Embrace. First, their customer service is exceptional. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding. They answered any questions I had. Communication via email has been quick and also very pleasant. The coverage is amazing and I have recommended them to many of my friends with pets because I don't know of any other pet insurer as wonderful as Embrace.Keep it up! Thank you!

I currently have 4 dogs covered with Embrace and have been very satisfied with them. The only time I've had trouble getting a claim paid was with a new pup who had been added to my policy. Embrace wanted prior records from a chiropractic vet when the visit was his first there. Obviously, no records to be had. After several communications, the matter was resolved. All other claims have been paid quickly. I highly recommend this insurance.

I cannot speak highly enough of Embrace. I switched from another pet insurance company after doing a little more research and found that Embrace not only gave me the most for my money but has been wonderful to work for. I love the annual deduction, that applies to all claims, not just per incident. Their response to claims have been very quick and they provide written responses from their team with itemized breakdowns of what was covered. My 3 year old Golden got into some chocolate over the Holiday Season and Embrace helped me not have to worry about the financial issues of going through that hard time. Again, I can't speak highly enough of this company and their professionalism, ease of use, and pricing.
