Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My dog has been insured with Embrace since he was 10 weeks old. He will be 5 in March. He had a broken toe the first year I was very thankful for the Embrace coverage and quick payment. He also has allergies leading to hot spots which have been covered. This insurance is great and I will never be without the coverage again.

It is so refreshing to deal with a pet insurance company that explains all portions of the claim reimbursement and is very fair in the prompt issuing of checks.

I can't say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. We have had our policy for almost 4 years and have never had an issue with them. The claims process is quick and easy. I can do everything online or by fax. I get an email from them telling me they have received my claim and when to expect it to be processed. I only wish my personal health care insurance were so prompt and offered the personal touch that Embrace does.

My Flat Coated Retriever KitnKaboodle developed Histiocytosis Sarcoma back in June 2015. Embrace has been a there every step of the way. Kit went into remission back in November and just three weeks ago developed the limp that first led to this diagnosis. Without missing a beat, Embrace has been true to their word and reimbursed us for this next stage. The best part is knowing you can count on them to step up, follow through with what their coverage promised and reimburse within a week of the claim. We should learn from this great pet insurance and maybe our insurance for humans would work to help not be another burden in time of crisis.

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for several years, but never really had to file a claim until this year. My beagle had to have surgery, and the claims process has been easy and efficient. The claim is processed very quickly and I have received my refunds in a timely manner. I can't thank Embrace enough for the wonderful experience and great customer service.
