My doberman has been treated off and on for 2 years now because of chronic shoulder tendonitis.if I didn't have this insurance, he couldn't go to the physical therapy each week, twice a week. He's on the mend now, and I am very grateful that the reimbursement checks come in a timely fashion. I tell everyone about your company.

I am retired and live alone with my two dogs. My little chihuahua was diagnosed with a collapsed trachea and an enlarged heart. I was frantic. I was referred to a dog cardiologist for an echo gram at a cost of $610.00. When I called Embrace a wonderful man named Joshua listen patiently on the phone while I went on and on. He knew I was living on social security and even sent me forms to see if the cardiologist would wait until Embrace paid them directly. It wasn't necessary as my daughter lent me the money; but the peace of mind it gave me was immeasurable .i have a happy ending ; my little Spirit 's heart is fine. He is just so small that the first X-ray gave a false impression of being enlarged.and the trachea is just narrow not collapsed. Thank you everyone at Embrace!

We went to the vet Monday for our annual exam. We submitted the claim form on Tuesday and on Thursday I received an email that the claim was approved for reimbursement. Great service.

My young German Shepherd/Heeler mix has been diagnosed with Elbow Dysplasia. Embrace has covered the CT Scan and series of Adequan shots. I am still not sure if we will have the surgery done but feel confident Embrace will be there to help us pay for it if it comes to that in the future.
