Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had great experiences with this company! They have been responsive to questions and claims. I feel much more secure in being able to get the treatment I need for my boys because I know it is not going to break the bank. They have a good number of policy choices, and the wellness option is an amazing value. Love this company!

Embrace has been entirely cooperative with my claims (which included an expensive TPLO surgery on my dog's left hind leg). They are a wonderful company and I am glad I went with Embrace - highly recommended!

Submitting my claim to Embrace was very easy and quick. I only had to wait a few days for my claim to be submitted.

I have a new service dog and it is imperative that he stays healthy. He had to go to the vet for an infection in his prepuce (he had something lodged inside - it's a mystery to everyone.) He needed flushing, a culture, and antibiotics. And of course a recheck. Never having had pet insurance before I was a bit nervous about the process. But, submitting my claim could not have been easier. I scanned and submitted my form and receipts via email. Very shortly afterwards I received noticed that my claim had been received and was told when it would be processed. It was processed when promised (quicker actually) and the amount covered was deposited in my bank account within a few days. I wish my personal health insurance worked as smoothly!
