Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Golden Retriever was diagnosed with a fibrous cancerous tumor on one of his toes. I submitted a pre-certification for amputation of the digit and had approval within 2 days for the surgery. Surgery was performed on 1/19/16 and my refund was in my bank account in less than a week's time. Also, Embrace contacted me a couple days after surgery to follow up and see how both my Golden and I were doing. I can't say enough about how much Embrace insurance means to me. I have had them for close to 10 years for two different Golden Retrievers and they have always been the best and have always come through quickly with my refund every time I submitted a claim. It's too bad human health insurance can't be more like them.

Our six year old Tibetan Terrier has been receiving chemo for lymphoma for the last 4 months. Embrace has responded very quickly to our claims and paid exactly what we expected. Their customer service staff is very professional, pleasant and well-informed. We are very pleased with the overall performance of Embrace insurance.

The ease of filing (and immediate response) status check of claims and payments on claims is impeccable.

After being denied the first time, we did an appeal. Customer service during this time was excellent. Embrace Staff guided us through the process of the appeal. In the end, the decision was reversed. The whole process took less than a month. I have a had other insurances which dragged it on for months.
