Great service new member

I have only started using embrace. I do wish I would have known about them when I got my other dog. I was in a contract with a horrible vet and O believe if I could have chosen my vet she would still be alive. The conveince of picking my own vet is great and I use an app on my phone to scan the bills in which makes it easy to send.

Wonderful

Embrace Insurance is the best. Having a insurance makesMe feel so much better taking my cat to the vets. He has had so many problems since I got him from a Breeder at 3 months. Cisco is finally back on the well Track after all the vet visits. He has been one sick Cat. Not recommending his breeder. The monthly fee I pay to Embrace is nothing compared to His vet bills. So glad I have Embrace Insurance.

What a wonderful surprise

We changed pet health insurance companies in May, 2015. Our previous insurance did not include wellness. We switched for the wellness benefit because our dogs, although 8 and 12, are very healthy. We were very pleased at the reimbursement we got for their annual physicals and their heart worm medicines. There is no deductible or copay for wellness and the limits should get us through the remainder of the year. We could not be happier with our choice of insurance.

Overall pleasant experience

Embrace has worked out great for Finn and I. He has recently had to have a lot of work done but embrace has covered it all with no real questions asked.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
