Best decision I've ever made for a pet

Get coverage. I tell everyone. And if you don't have a claim don't cancel. I almost did once and it would have been a horrible decision. My baby boy ended up with epilepsy and has had several emergency stays and slot of medicines covered. There are so many people that probably would have had to give him up because they couldn't afford the care. Thank you Embrace for everything!

Thank you!

My dog became uncharacteristically lethargic and wasn't himself so I took him in and they found he had a potential issue with his potassium level which could be a sign of something worse. You guys paid for all of his tests, ultrasound, blood, urine, whatever it took to get to the bottom of his problem. Thank goodness he is fine and thank you for taking care of this end of it.

Completely satisfied

We are very pleased with the coverage and service we have received from Embrace over the past 4 years. They pay claims promptly and keep me updated on the claim status via email. Our precious Lucy has needed a fairly expensive Valley Fever medication for 2 1/2 years, and having Embrace insurance has made that testing and treatment affordable.

What an amazing experience!

When I originally purchased pet insurance for my dog I really did not know what to expect. I seriously thought that if I ever had to use it then the company would nitpick everything and I would spend more time arguing with them and get very little back. Boy was I wrong!! My bulldog Rosie tore a knee ligament requiring surgery, lots of medication and a long recovery. The grand total was around $4,500 out the door. Anytime your pet is hurting is a difficult time emotionally...Embrace made it that much better. I simply emailed the receipts and within ten days received the 80% reimbursement that my policy called for. No questions, no haggling, no denied claims. Very simple and very easy. Not at all what I was expecting! Thank you Embrace for taking care of me and my Rosie! She is doing great!

Fantastic personalized service

Embrace has excellent personal service with rapid claims processing. I have two puppies registered with Embrace and appreciate their regular updates and newsletters. I was referred to the company by USAA and receive a 15% member discount.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
