Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've had Embrace Insurance for many years. My 2 dogs are now old, and I have used it several times over the years. They have been very reliable every time. I am very thankful that I have Embrace.

I adopted my dog Mickey as a rescue and shortly after getting insurance he started to have cronic vomiting issues. With around 10 vet visits to date since April 2015 embrace has covered most if not all with no hesitation. He has been undergoing tests which have reviled liver issues. Due to this He has also had a ultrasound and ct scan both of which were covered. It's very unfortunate that he's not even 2 years old and he has had these issues. But after spending 4k on my last dog during his last year of life, I will never regret getting this insurance.

I was very pleased because all claims have been paid promptly. This will be my 2nd year of coverage. Only negative so far is that the premiums went up for both Wellness and Illness after the first year Hopefully this isn't an indication of increases in future years.

I have had Embrace Insurance for about a year and half now and I have nothing but positive things to say. I have insured my two dogs and have had to use the insurance several times. The process is always so easy and the claims come back very quickly. I have had positive experiences with every employee I have spoken with, and could not be more pleased with their responses. This company is unlike any other I have ever worked with. They truly care about their costumers and understand that your pets are a member of your family. I will stay with Embrace for many years to come!

Don't remember how I heard of Embrace, but the little research I did convinced me to trust them. My instincts were spot on...they are wonderful!! We were only two (2) payments into our new coverage when our baby boy was stricken with severe gastrointestinal problems. He was very ill and we were a mess! Very scary and very costly. I can't say enough about the compassion and professionalism we received. They treated us as if we had been paying premiums for years and this was our first claim. Well...we will be customers for the rest of Renzo's life..we pray many, many years. Don't be caught without insurance. Worth every cent! Thank you Embrace!
