Whenever Luna gets sick, Pet Embrace is there to help. This is the best thing I could have done for Luna and my family. Knowing that there is help when we need it, takes so much worry off our minds when we are already worried about our baby. Thanks for such a wonderful service and your customer service is the best, so friendly and helpful. Did I mention that I love you?!

Hard to say if one can be "happy" with an insurance company because you never want to have a sick pet and need to use the insurance. I appreciate that Embrace has a healthy pet discount so that your deductible goes down over time if there are no claims. However in the last year I have had one dog that had cancer, another who had a helicobacter infection that led to IBD, and another who had an encounter with a porcupine and a kidney infection. A rough year for the pups. My dog with cancer died the day he was diagnosed so there were no ongoing treatments requiring insurance. In the helicobacter case, she required ultrasounds, biopsies, and meds for a couple months. My other dog's cases were fairly reimbursed. Embrace exceeded my expectations. Now I hope to go back to not making claims for a LONG time!

I have the most beautiful Golden Retriever that has allergies, which I am told is very common these days. While I occasionally would take her to the vet to deal with the symptoms, I recently bit the bullet and took her to a Vet dermatologist for allergy testing. Throughout the whole process, Embrace has been quick to review, approve and pay the claims. Hoping to knock these allergies out over the next year but extremely grateful I have Embrace to have our back. Way better then my own health insurance company. Thx

Our boxer, Molly developed an arrhythmia, and needed to have a variety of tests by a veterinary cardiologist, which included three evaluations by holter monitor.We submitted claims foe all of these tests to Emabrace, and they were all resolved quickly. And I will tell you, that we would not be able to provide this level of care for our Molly with out the support provided by Embrace!!

I have had Embrace for about 6 - 7 years. Embrace has always been honest and fair. I bought some coverage mainly for catastrophic times, but Embrace has always come through to help out even on some preventative measures. No surprises and always eager to help.
