Embrace is AhMazing

What a wonderful experience for my entire family being 1st time pet owners, the entire staff and team have been very caring, coverage has been exceptional. Filing claims for wellness has 100% spot on be easy.The Embrace team goes out their way to explain and go over any questions we may have. Claim took an excessive amount of time to resolve.

These two claims took an unnecessarily excessive amount of time to complete. I am terribly disappointed! I hope that in the future you will do better. At this point, I am afraid I would not recommend your insurance to my friends.

Great experiences

I have had a number of issues with my dogs kidneys and patellas. Embrace has been wonderful to work with regarding my claims. I am always referring my friends to them.

Great Pet Insurance

Our Boxer had eye issues and our vet sent us to a specialist. Embrace was very quick to process our claims.People were very helpful when I called. We did not need approval to go to a specialist.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
