Amazing customer service & coverage

We have (unfortunately) filed multiple claims for our dog during the past 5 years for giardia, bites from a raccoon, eating a pan of brownies, and a piece of bone stuck in her stomach. We have always been so impressed with the ease of dealing with Embrace & the quick reimbursement. We have never had any problems & have been so pleasantly surprised by the very accessible & personal customer service.

Great insurance for pets!

Fast processing. So glad to have them as Zoey's insurance when her acl ruptured. From the time when i filed my claim to the check in the mail, in about ten days. Friendly customer service as well.

Embrace paid 80% of claim - exactly as advertised.

My dog was vomiting blood. I took him to see his vet. There were charges for an exam and x-rays. The bill came to $234. They reviewed the claim within 10 days (as they said they would) and mailed me a check for $187.20.

Fantastic experience for this first time customer!

This is my first experience with any pet insurance plan. I recently submitted my first claim for my pet (which was a wellness claim). The staff at Embrace contacted me promptly to let me know that they received it, which was very thoughtful and professional. I would have been satisfied with his that kind of correspondence exempt that they processed it the NEXT DAY! I highly recommend the Wellness plan and while I hope to never have to use the pet insurance for dire circumstances, but it is really nice to know that I could get a quick response and great service with Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
