Submitting and processing a claim with Embrace could not be simpler. Easy claim forms to complete, and a competent claims department. Once my deductible was met I got a check. No hassles, no hoops to jump through.

I've had other insurance companies that denied claims for English Bulldogs due to breed specific issues. My dog had a claim and I received reimbursement before the credit card statement even came in. Embrace was excellent to deal with and followed-up with emails checking in on my dog.

My youngest of 3 Chihuahuas has had many issues. At his yearly exam in January, the vet found his heart murmur to have worsened, as had his luxating patella. He also had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. As a result, Rey had to get an ultrasound of his heart before undergoing anaesthesia, dental surgery then knee surgery. The wellness portion of his plan covered his yearly exam, and the rest was covered at 80% once my $300 deductible was met. The ultrasound and 2 surgeries totalled nearly $3,800! This insurance has more than paid for itself in just the last 2 months. Claims were reviewed in a timely manner, and reimbursement was received quickly. I highly recommend Embrace!

Such quick response to claims lots of live people to talk to. You can afford not to insure your pet the cost of illness is prohibitive ! It gives me peace of mind knowing I can make medical choices without worrying about massive bills. Embrace is the best!

My dog, Buddy, was vomiting for several days and it turned into aspiration pneumonia from the vomiting. He required multiple vet visits, x-rays, medication and even a hospital stay. Embrace turned the claims around quickly and covered all of the claims. A representative even reached out to me to see how Buddy was doing. A very nice, caring touch.
