Not the cheapest, simply the best!

I've got all of my pets on Embrace policies and have always been very satisfied with the service Embrace provides. It seems they are constantly striving to keep their website up-to-date in order to streamline the claims process. I believe that their customer service is second to none. I'm certain you could find a less expensive policy out there but I, for one, would prefer knowing I can count on my insurer to be there in a time of need.

My puppy would be gone without Embrace

It took a while for me to figure out the needed paperwork, but then the process rolled right along. She is still getting cancer treatment , but we got to enjoy a wonderful fall that would not have been without Embrace. I just could not have afforded the necessary costs on a retirement income.

Love Embrace!

They offer great policies that you can tailor to your pet's needs. Great customer service - always answer any questions I have right away, even while I was at an ER with dog.The explanation of what they will and will not cover is always clear. The claim process and forms are simple. I recommended them to anyone with a pet!

Great health insurance and very easy process

Both of my cats were sick with separate illnesses. Embrace processed the claims very quickly and the reimbursement check was mailed quickly as well. The online portal was a fantastic resource to keep up to date with the entire claims process. I am very happy with this service.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
