Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Honestly I researched all the pet insurance programs out there for my new puppy. I researched on the web what actual people were saying as well as professionals reviewing Embrace as a company and came to the conclusion that Embrace was the best for my puppy. One thing that sold me on Embrace is the fact that they offer a Wellness program that a lot of the others do not. Embrace is not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. They are competitive for sure. I've already had to make two wellness claims for my puppy and they have approved both no questions asked. Their Claim process is simple and their payment is direct to my bank account. Honestly I don't really have time to sit here and review companies but I believe Embrace deserves just this. I hope Embrace continues to make me happy as a customer. I've already referred Embrace to multiple people and I intend to keep recommending them. I hope this helps others.

Inherent in the name "Embrace" has done just that, embraced me and my precious Romeo. When I first got my little Yorkie Romeo, he was suspected of having some health issues. Thank God I had Embrace insurance. Romeo turned out not to have a liver shunt, but it nice to have piece of mind when those unexpected emergencies happen. This time he had an ear infection. I am really pleased with the service I have received from Embrace.

While most companies leave me suspicious and unsatisfied, Embrace has never failed to meet and even exceed expectations. Going on nearly a decade now, their claims are fulfilled as promised and in an incredibly fast time. Perhaps most important is customer service. They always responsive and kind. When I lost my forever friend they sent hand written well-wishes. I truly love this company and the people who work there.

We decided to get pet insurance for Abby when we got her based on her breed and thought it was a good thing to have. BOY are we glad we did! She was diagnosed with chiari which in itself is expensive with the mri's etc...but there are other issues that come with it. WITHOUT embrace we would not have been able to afford the treatments etc.... definitely recommend to any pet owner.

I wish you would do something wrong once just so I could complain. I just couldn't be happier to be a part of your family. Little Star echoes my thoughts
