Frustration and aggravation

Thank you for accepting my claim, but I would like to know why, after nearly 10 weeks, no one ever acknowledged the claim until I notified Embrace and asked that question. I would also like to know why I was required to list every vet visit Shadaux has had since signing on, September 2105. It took several hours to figure out all of the paperwork, and for what? I was only putting in for one claim I should have been entitled to.....not for his many Wellness visits. I honestly felt like I was being viewed as a criminal, attempting to cheat you.

Golden Retriever

My Golden was diagnosed with Cancer on her Breast and they operated and felt they got it all but now in Chemo treatments. So this process has been 3 months and Embrace has been there to reimburse in a very timely manner. Thank you; work with them!

Amazing service!

We were blown away at the level of service the staff provided. We never expected our dog to need the insurance when we first purchased it. Then she was injured and Embrace helped us through the claim process. The kept us updated and answered our questions. But mostly; they cared! Thank you.

Awesome Pet Care!

My sweet girl started having bladder and urinary problems early this spring. I was very pleased to have prompt customer service and to find out that my vet had received a very kind and professional call to ask some information. I would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
