This is our first venture with pet insurance and thought we would never need it but when our nine year old Miniature Pinscher developed a mass on her front leg Embrace was and is there for us.

We just recently signed up with Embrace, and so far we are pleasantly pleased! We signed up to have wellness rewards (which has no wait for well exams etc) and had our new puppy was seen a day later. We put in a claim the same day and heard back about our claim the next day and was processed (a check sent also!) not too much longer after that! So far we are thrilled with service and process! It was made so easy, which makes the process less painful!

Other than getting my puppy, buying this insurance was my best decision recently! Pet owners may think that it is expensive but when you think about it the insurance is so well worth it!
