FANTASTIC

EVER SINCE I TRANSFERRED FROM PET CARE - I HAVE BEEN TREATED FAIRLY AND WITH VERY PERSONAL SERVICE. THE CLAIMS WERE PROCESSED QUICKLY WITH EXPLANATIONS OF EACH. ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE ARE QUICKLY ANSWERED AND RESOLVED. GREAT COMPANY - I'M GLAD I SWITCHED.

Quick Reimbursement, Quality Coverage

Working with the vet's office and Embrace has been quite easy! We received a decent chunk of our bill back in reimbursement which was quite satisfying. My only qualm is the paper exchange. If it could be done electronically, it would save some hassle. Overall, nice job Embrace!

So happy I chose Embrace

I have ensured both my dogs for the past year, and am so glad I chose Embrace. Both my dogs had serious and unexpected medical issues during this time, one with a torn knee (CCL) and the other most recently with cellulitis (severe swelling, inflammation and infection) of his throat. Embrace made it easy for us to make the best choice possible for the well-being of our precious boys. I was very impressed and pleased with their prompt response, reimbursements, and always with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

100% ABOVE AND BEYOND AWESOME!!!

We never had pet insurance before, Embrace staff helped us all the way through the process graciously! Everyone we've been in contact with has been very understanding and extremely compassionate. The claims are handled fast and with the direct deposit - WOW! My new girls are rescues and were quite neglected and very sick - now they're happy, healthy little monsters! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
