Wonderful Company

I recently had some claims for my dog that were promptly processed without questions and the status communicated to me at both receipt of the claim and when the claim was processed. Years ago I also had some claims that were also promptly paid. I always recommend Embrace for pet insurance!

Embrace Very well worth it!!

I just switched over to Embrace and they are very reasonable and pay what other insurers do but don't charge as high of a monthly fee. I have two dogs so it adds up but its very reasonable monthly fee for both. My dog ended up having Gastroenteritis, it took a few attempts going to the vet to figure it out, running tests and more tests, more medicine so my vet bill was running up, close to $3000.00. Embrace paid around 2400.00 which is what I expected. I'm very impressed. I have recommended Embrace and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything Embrace.

8, very prompt responses. Somewhat tedious process, to have to copy receipts and then provide dr with same and after they complete it have them fax it.

Fantastic

I am not one who writes reviews. However, my experience with Embrace has been fantastic. I originally picked Embrace because of its relationship with the USAA Family. When my wife and I contacted Embrace for a policy the sales person was great, she had all the info and very knowledgeable on the products and services Embrace could provide. We have had several claims during our first year with Rocket and Embrace never once questioned the services or providing reimbursement. My wife and I truly hope that Rocket will not have as many in the coming years.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
