Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I cannot describe how sincerely grateful I am to the employees at Embrace Pet Insurance. Everyone that I spoke with or communicated with, via email, was very compassionate, understanding and very caring of my pets medical needs.

Once again, we are SO HAPPY we decided to have Pet Insurance. Stella ou, 11 month old, Standard Poodle went to the vet with something wrong with her eye - it ended up being Horner's Syndrome. Our vet also decided to test for Lyme, just in case. The entire visit was covered - meds and all.I submitted the forms through my phone with the use of a scanner app. The next day I had an email from Embrace saying it was covered. We are 100% happy with Embrace and would recommend it!

So far Embrace has accepted all my claims. My dog has been insured since he came home so no pre-existing conditions. The only big drawback which is partially my fault for not paying attention is the first claim can take a long time to process. The reason for this is they will require all the vet claims for the first 6 months of coverage which can be exhausting to get and review. Now that that has been done things seem to be going more smoothly and so far I've gotten back what I expected. Excellent rate, no sharp increases, and the healthy pet reduction in deductible is great.

Embrace has always delivered outstanding service and I can always count on my claim being processed almost immediately. I have never had any issues and recommend this coverage to everyone I know.

I've always been very happy with how quickly my dog's wellness claims were processed in the past. He was recently diagnosed with cancer, and Embrace has processed the claims for surgery and related tests and reimbursed my expenses with no hassle. It has really taken a lot of worry about finances out of a difficult and stressful situation and allowed me to just focus on taking care of my dog. Also, if they have a question about the claim they just contact the provider for what they need rather than sending it back to me - they are very customer friendly. The notifications of receipt of claims are prompt and they keep you informed of where they are in the process. I am very thankful for the coverage and have been very pleased with the professional and quick reimbursement. Anytime I have contacted customer service with a question, they are very quick to respond.
