Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We're greatful for the service and coverage with Embrace. When our newly adopted puppy "Rylie" was stung by a Bee and had respitory issues from it, we started out for our Vet and did not make it there but instead pulled into the closest Vet we could find. They welcomed us with opened arms and helped save the day. Embrace was awesome about covering that emergency without a problem. I even waited to turn in paperwork with other claims and it was taken care of. This is the first time I have bought pet insurance and so far it's a great expierence.

I had another insurance with my other Newfie. They only paid a specific amount for a procedure. Which doesn't work well when they say they only pay 1000 and the procedure is 3000....so when I got this puppy, I chose Embrace because they will just pay what ever plan you chose. You chose a yearly $$ limit and $$ deductible. This way I can use any vet etc, and not worry about the exact price. Sage became very ill and we were at OSU for awhile. Embrace has paid every bill 80%...which thus far has been $4712.37. I can not express how comforting it is to have your dog treated where ever necessary to make sure they get well and survive. Sage is doing awesome at this time.

This is my third year for Embrace coverage for my two dogs. I have been extremely happy with their quick processing of claims, helpful response to inquiries and ease in paperwork

I was very skeptical about getting pet insurance for my dog. But with hearing how other friends who got insurance and said it was a lifesaver to them. I decided to check into it. I spent many hours researching Pet insurances. Considering I have a Labrador, you never know what they can get into. In the end I found that Embrace was the top one that I felt was the best for my pet. I have been a customer for about 6 years, and it has really been a life saver. The customer service is above what I expected. You can tell that they actually care about your pet and understand how your pet is like family to you. They have gone above and beyond for my dog and I. I have given several people recommendations to get Embrace, and I will continue to do so. Thank you Embrace for everything you have done and continue to do. You are a great company.
