Do. Not. Trust. This. Company.
I was conscientious about submitting alll documentation requested (including the medical history form--to avoid issues with "pre-existing" conditions). When I submitted several claims, I was told that Embrace had *just* done a medical history review (my policy officially started in the beginning of December--the review was just completed at the end of March) and I was told that ALL of the claims I submitted would be denied--as would any "skin-related conditions" because they were deemed "pre-existing. I was given incorrect information at each step of this process. Waste of time and money.
