Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have only had Lexie for about 2&1/2 years, she has already had surgery and now has kidney issues which has been very difficult to diagnose ( in fact,I not sure they know yet) Embrace has saved us thousands of dollars in just the couple years we've been insured by them. They let you know when they receive the claim and a very short time the check is in the bank.

My cat Callie who will be 10 in April 2017 has a chronic ear problem that needs to be treated by the veterinary. Embrace has always come through and paid the claim in a timely manner. Callie may also have Irritable bowl syndrome which means she can only eat small frequent meals throughout the day. I know that if she needs further treatment I will be able to afford it because I have insurance.

My lab, Bailey was diagnosed with severe bi-lateral hip dysplasia at the age of 2. Luckily we discovered this early before too much pain set in as well as more complications. We saw a specialist and a total hip replacement was recommended. She is now 2 weeks post op and recovering well. Already wanting to play (but of course can't for another 6 weeks or so). I would not have been able to get her this specialized treatment without the help of Embrace. And for this, Bailey and my family and I thank you very, very much. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and caring :)

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Embrace. I submitted my claim and day later I received an email to let me know that my claim was ready. They also reimburse the full amounts of my two claims. Then I called customer service, it took approximately 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, but I Ms. Jen was very professional in answering my question. I wanted to update my reimbursement method to EFT and she was able to do that over the phone. I think the only thing I would recommend is to allow the customer to update the reimbursement account, just like the payment method. This is to alleviate the waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes. But overall, I am very satisfied with Embrace and its customer service.

Embrace has always been prompt in handling my claims. I rescued my Shih Tzu mix last April. I'm not great keeping up with paper work, so I had several claims to submit when I finally did email them. Some were wellness visits and some were for sick visits. My vet doesn't submit claims so it's up to me to submit them. Embrace always informs me when they receive my claims and keeps me up to date on the processing of the claim. Embrace was recommended to me by one of the volunteers involved in Molly's rescue and I'm delighted I went with them.
