Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

After researching several pet insurance companies I chooseEmbrace for my 12 year old lab. We have found the coverage has been a life saver for him & even at his age the monthly rate less than what many spend on a dinner out which we would easily give out up to have insurance for him.

With any service or project, it's often a struggle to satisfy all three customer objectives; have the work done right, on a timely basis, and for a reasonable price. My experience with Embrace over the last 6 years is that they consistently meet all of these criteria. Once I uploaded 23 claims that occurred during the last policy year about two weeks ago, I was notified quickly that the claims were being reviewed, and then once approved, I received prompt reimbursement. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone.

They exclude the most ridiculous things from our pets coverage. One of our dogs was stung by a bee before coverage began so they explained to me any similar issues would be excluded for a year. I understand prexisting conditions are excluded but a bee sting should not be! They find any reason they can to exclude coverage. They call my vet all the time and ask for the same records they already have. My vet is annoyed by this, as they should be. My vet sent same records several times and embrace staff called for them again. I then called to verify they recieved them and it was confirmed yes, they had recieved. A week later they wanted them again! I called and spoke with a supervisor and she said they did not have them. Not sure what the problem is on their end but its kind of a fiasco to deal with them

Having the peace of mind and assurance that if something should happen to our dog Penny...Embrace has us covered is wonderful! We've submitted two claims in two years and both were approved. It's a great service.
