Great Insurance

I never wanted to have to let money be the deciding factor in care for my furry family member. I had another insurance company and they were just hard to deal with. Embrace is a good value and extremely easy to work with, the claim process is easy and I have never had an issue.

Best choice I've made

I have been a consumer for a couple of years and glad I chose Embrace. I have 2 large dogs Lenny and Lucy who have had many problems, including an obstruction form earring shorts. Having Embrace made it possible for the surgery, without it I couldn't afford it. The reimbursement was quickly disbursed. More importantly the customer service is excellent

Peace of Mind

Our Lhasa tore her left rear cruciate ligament in early February. Our vet said she needed surgery and referred us to a specialist. The care was excellent but expensive. I had purchased the insurance over 8 years ago when Princess Leia was less than 1 year old. In that time we had never tried to file s claim. Given the expensive nature of her surgery and treatment I must admit I feared that Embrace would be difficult. Instead they have promptly reviewed, responded to and paid our submitted claims. They have also been quite friendly and easy to deal with. Now if I could only get my health insurer to be as responsive. By the way Leia is doing better every day.

Love Embrace!

I've had Embrace for almost two years now and they help me to take great care of my two kitties and my doggie. I love that they have both emergency care and wellness plans. They make submitting claims easy, they process them fast, and are helpful when I have issues with a claim. Their website is easy to navigate and their pricing is quite reasonable. Super glad to have Embrace by my side.
