Easy to work with

We had Embrace for about 15 months, toward the end of our two dogs' lives. I was concerned that their climbing medical bills would be an issue, but Embrace treated us very fairly, paid claims quickly and offered clear explanations of benefits and coverage tracking. I am very grateful for their ease of doing business while we were trying to deal with stressful medical issues and bills coming from all directions.

Outstanding Customer and Pet Owner Service.

I have had a very positive experience with the Embrace Team on many medical challenges for my golden retriever over the last three months. Don't waste your money

My dog had a surgery for adheased bowels. $2000 and my claim was declined. Even after the vet wrote a letter stating it was in no way a prexisting condition and it was still declined. Why waste your premiums if they won't pay for anything? Spend your money with Nationwide. They're better.

OUTSTANDING Insurance for my Boxer!

I had a lot of choices to purchase Health Insurance for my "boy"... I chose Embrace based on the reviews at the time and coverage options; that was a great decision! When a claim is faxed in by my Vet, I get an email notification the claim was received... no wondering. Then, Embrace keeps me informed of the claim's status to include "the check is on it's way"! If Spartan is sick or injured, he's covered. again, a great decision to go with this Provider!

Simply Amazing!

This has been the best decision I had ever made. I been shopping for a good Insurance policy for my pet and I have found the perfect one. I really love how quick Embrace had processed my claim and their turn around time can not be beat. I found them through USAA Bank and because I am member I get additional savings on my policy as well. Thank you Embrace for providing great service. I look forward to working with you in the future and I have already spread the word to all of my friends and co-workers. :-)

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
