Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I had embrace pet insurance for several years. I I did not have the wellness checkups on my instance so I never used it and was wondering if it was worth paying the premiums. Let me tell you when my dog Honey slipped on the iice and tore her acl in her knee. Embrace was rhere and picked up 80 percent of my vet bills. They were quick to pay them and I am going to get insurance for my other dog Odie. I am very satisfied with Embrace.

I am so pleased to have the policy for Archie because the extra assurance of help when we need it is very comforting to us. I hope over the years we hardly need it but you never know and Embrace is very easy to work with and coordinates well with our vet. Thank you Embrace for being there!

Our 11 year old Jack Russell, Molly, was sick with throwing and and not eating or drinking for a several days. We have a great vet and was promptly taken care of. They kept her over night and gave her fluids and antibiotics. She rebounded quickly and was put on easy to digest diet for several days. We have had other pet insurance for Mollys first 8 years with very little satisfaction. We were skeptical when we submitted the $350 claim. It was processed within a few days and received a $283 check within 2 weeks. it was great! Thank you Embrace.

Embrace has been great so far. We have had 3 claims for health maintenance items using or wellness rewards and have had no problems at all. They are very responsive to communication and fast with reimbursement checks. We went with this company because they were the most highly recommended by our vet. Thanks for great insurance Embrace!

I have verified that embrace received all documentation supporting my claims over 7 (yes 7) times. I have driven to my vet's office and sat on the phone confirming they've received the fax. I have requested and received a confirmation email stating embrace has everything they need. 2 days ago I called again and confirmed that all documentation is there and being reviewed by the claim person. Just today I received notification that my claim has been processed. I log in and it say the claim was cancelled due to lack of information. It has been a month since I submitted all paperwork, endless calls and confirmations and now this??? Unbelievably frustrated with me experience. Get it together embrace!
