Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We got insurance for our dog and they have such a strict policy that nothing ever gets paid, we are going to look for a better company. As always they take money from customers but never pay out. Useless

I know that anytime my pet is ill or needs preventive care, Embrace always processes claims quickly and in an efficient manner. Whenever I contact them by phone, they are very caring and helpful. I have recommended Embrace to other pet owners.

Hy cherish 3year old golden female has seizures since 1 year old. Seizure meds are paid for as well as liver test and phenobarbital level checks are paid for. Great company fast payement , no hazels !!!Also paid for a emergency pyrometra !!!

We've tried a couple other pet insurance companies, and between their customer service being horrible and the ridiculous process you had to go through to get reimbursed for anything, we were about to give up. Then we agreed we'd try one more - and THANK GOODNESS it was Embrace! Their customer service is incredible - professional, personable and knowledgeable; submitting claims, well it couldn’t be easier; AND, they offer direct deposit reimbursement which is almost always there in less than a week! The wellness coverage offered is awesome. Seriously, I could go on and on about Embrace. Our dog is our “little girl”, and we couldn’t ask for a better company to handle the insurance for her!

I have three dogs. Their breed (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels) are prone to heart problems. I selected Embrace because I felt that this company would give the best coverage I could get for this condition. I have been very pleased with the coverage and with the customer interface and frequent communications from them. My most recent claim was for an emergency vet visit for one of my dogs that has MVD. There was some question about the claim; the question was answered: the claim was paid.
