So grateful for Embrace

We're going through a medical crisis with our Arlo. Knowing embrace is here for us has made all our decisions easier. We had our other dog with nationwide and cancelled to put JD on embrace. Thank you for being there when we are in pain!

Great insurance/customer service

I've been with Embrace for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them. The coverage you will get will save you $$ in the long run. They are very friendly and helpful as well. Don't wait until you have an issue to purchase insurance either! Get it prior to any issues.

Very Helpful

Great insurance. I may up the coverage on my wellness claim this year if I'm allowed to.I always get great service from the company itself. They communicate very well.

easy claim submission

I signed up my dogs and chose the "most popular" rated plan because all of them looked about the same. Be careful, it does not allow for any mouth issues and sure enough, my dog had to have a mouth surgery which was not covered. So I am regretful for that choice of coverage. As I said, very easy to file the claim forms and e-mails from Embrace are helpful to explain the process after you sign up.

The best thing you can do for your pet.

Emrace has literally been there for our sweet girl Shadow from the beginning. She has had a lot of health issues lately, and Embrace has been there for us at every step. The staff is wonderful, and the service is very fast. Our Shadow and our family thank Embrace for giving our family the comfort and peace of mind through these trying times for Shadow. We feel that Embrace staff are members of our family. Thank you Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
