Embrace is exceeding expectations!

Definitely love Embrace Pet Insurance! I love the ability to have a “health savings account” in the form of their Wellness Rewards. Other companies that offer wellness only cover a certain amount per item. Embrace lets you use all of your wellness as you see fit. Claims have been processed quickly. Super easy to scan the paperwork and upload. They’ve been great the number of times I’ve called with questions.

BUY PET INSURANCE FROM EMBRACE!!!

I have purchased pet insurance policies from other insurers in the past; however, never renewed after the first year. Once I discovered Embrace is offered through USAA, I purchased it immediately because of USAA's reputation. It was a great decision. I will be a life-long customer of Embrace Pet Insurance because they are serious about serving their customer and there are no technicalities when it comes to getting reimbursed. Now that I have signed up for Direct Deposit I receive my reimbursement within 2-4 days! REALLY! I am thoroughly impresses with the responsiveness of their customer service reps, their knowledge and their dedication to provide great service. You will be very happy with this company.

Greatest company to work with

I have two dogs. Charley a maltipom and belle a miniature shih tzu. Every claim I have had to submit has been covered without a question.

Thank Goodness for Embrace Pet Insurance

Thank goodness we chose Embrace Pet Insurance!! Our Bullmastiff "Fergie" has some health issues we did not count on. You never know what is going to happen to your pet when you are picking out that adorable puppy!! We also bought the wellness insurance also which pays for itself every year when you go in for your yearly wellness check. Fergie has had some serious health issues and Embrace has been there for us through it all. They are quick on claims and keep you updated as your claim comes in. You have choices to sign up for-and we have never had a problem with submitting our claims-they are taken care of as soon as we fax them in. If I ever have had to call they are very helpful and caring on the telephone-very professional. I am so glad we chose them for our "Fergie"

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
