Good customer service, but pre-existing condition rules are shady.
I just started using embrace for my 2 dogs. I am impressed by their easy website, ease of submitting claims and great customer service on the phone. However, the fact that they are refusing to pay for a vet visit because of some symptoms my dog was exhibiting and saying it was a pre-existing condition, when diarrhea is a symptom of many conditions, irks me.
