Best decision we ever made for them!

Embrace Pet insurance is better than my own health insurance!! They covered our Newfie's cruciate ligament tear for both legs in two years paying us around $9,000. They never questioned a claim or asked for more documentation and gave us the run around like our health insurance company does. Getting Embrace for our pets is what best decision we ever made for them!

Can't recommend Embrace enough!

Embrace has been so wonderful to work with and has literally saved me tons of money by covering claims for my 12-year-old yorkie, Mylo. It's always a stressful time when your dog is sick or in urgent care and it's just so nice that Embrace makes the process so easy. Almost all my claims are paid within 2 weeks and the website is SO easy to use. Thank you for making it possible for me to keep my sweet lil' guy healthy!

Thanks for prompt processing of our claim. It certainly helped a very stressful situation. Our Akita got bit by a rattlesnake. On the nose! The years of snake aversion training did not help. She went straight for the baby rattlesnake. And got bit for her curiosity. Luckily, we had immunize her with rattlesnake vaccine previously (6 months ago) and got her to emergency Vet in less than an hour. She got full-scale anti-venom therapy and was well enough to be herself within 48 hours. Before that, we saw a strong 95 lb dog taken down, struggling to breathe, by a 18 inch baby rattler in less than 1 hour.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
