Getting Pet Insurance Was The Best Thing I Could Do For My Pet!

I am not going to lie...when I originally got pet insurance for my 9 pound 9 ounce Chiweenie, I felt like I was paying for nothing. But you just never know what will happen in the future, I hoped that nothing bad would ever happen. Then my Kalani ended up at 10 years old getting a heart murmur, now he has a cardiologist. I am very thankful that I have pet insurance because it has been comforting not to worry about the cost of taking care of my pet. It was not the biggest concern and my Kalani could be the focus of my attention. I would definitely buy Embrace pet insurance again if I got another animal because it is well worth the money!

Outstanding Pet Insurance

I have been with Embrace Pet Insurance for the last 3-1/2 years and it was the best decision I ever made regarding my pet's health and well being. Their prompt response to claims, reimbursements, questions, etc., exhibits the utmost in true professionalism. I have and will continue to "spread the word" about Embrace Pet Insurance. In my opinion, Embrace Pet Insurance is #1 in by all standards. Forever grateful!

Great and prompt service!

Insurance companies are usually not easy to deal with, and it takes forever to get the paperwork in and processed etc etc. Not this time! All of my paperwork was in and processed in 24 hours, checks were in the mail almost immediately, even my vet says Embrace was one of the easiest insurance groups they've dealt with. And when I called to ask questions, everyone was friendly and helpful! I recommend Embrace to all the pet people I know.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
