Great company

My boys have been with embrace for over 2 years. The process to file a claim is easy and the refund is issued in a timely manner. I highly encourage all pet owner's to have pet insurance, and EMBRACE is a great company for this.

Utmost care given to each case with dog's health always in mind!!!!

The best there is out there. They pay fairly and quickly. They are always in favor of the dog's side. Love this company!!!

Olive is pleased with her care and we are pleased with Embrace!

We have had Embrace Pet Insurance since we adopted our "Little Black Olive" (English Black Lab mix) when she was around one year of age from a local shelter. She has been a healthy loving quirky dog until a recent sarcoma cancer diagnosis. When I called Embrace about using our insurance for the first time, the customer care person couldn't have been kinder and showed genuine concern for our girl. We had a summer of surgery, wound care (they got all the cancer but couldn't close the wound , it had to granulate in), and oncology visits for chemotherapy. Embrace was with us every step of the way, paying claims promptly and making sure we received the checks. She is now Cancer free and we are hoping for many more years as Embrace Insurance customers. Thanks Embrace.

Great Insurance and customer service

My French Bulldog Bentley has bilateral luxating patella surgery. Embrace paid the surgery claim and now are paying for his physical therapy at the rehabilitation Specialists. I wish I had Embrace Insurance for myself.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
