EASY, FAST GREAT SERVICE
My dog came down with a horrible case of pneumonia and the bills were scary high. Embrace was quick, efficient and very helpful during this time. I feel so very grateful for them!

Fast response time and pleasant staff
Our dog injured himself requiring several different Veterinarian visits and surgery. Once I understood that each Vet in each office needed a separate claim form, the claims were quickly settled as per the insurance contract. Good service. Then, the dog needed dental work which was part of his Wellness Policy. That check came to use very quickly as well. The office does let you know when claims are received, the status of the claims, and the expected arrival of the cheque.

Very responsive and helpful insurance company, they're the best!
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Embrace. My prior insurance company was twice as expensive and getting reimbursed for any claim was nothing but a hassle. I love Embrace's website, it's clear and concise and easy to navigate. Any time I have to call and speak with someone they are more than pleasant and I don't feel like I'm dealing with a big company that doesn't value their insureds. Uploading your claim is easy and reimbursement comes to you very timely. I would recommend this insurance company to anyone.

Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
