Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Best company ever!! We bought Embrace when our two cats were about a year old. One of them died at age 9 from cancer and we currently have our ten year old cat undergoing chemo for lymphoma. I cannot say enough about Embrace. They process claims quickly and keep you advised about the status of your claim the whole time. They have never questioned anything I have submitted and they seem to reimburse for everything when your pet is sick. Everything is done by e-mail, but it’s easy to reach someone by telephone. When sad things happen they are extremely empathetic and they were very helpful with options when our cat passed away. I can’t say enough good things about Embrace.

I will always have Embrace pet insurance, it has really helped me with my two dogs. One of my dogs is about to turn 2 and has already had 2 knee surgery's. I would recommend Embrace to everyone!

This company has been by our dogs sides through the many trials we have had with their health. Everytime I submit a claim, I am guaranteed a refund within 2-3 business days. Although there was 1 time where it took a week, it was after a major surgery, but was still paid. We would recommend EMBRACE every day for the life of your dog!

Last year we were with Embrace for our puppy. She had some surgery that they denied coverage. I was planning to cancel our insurance, thinking why pay a high premium for her just to have the claim canceled. Then I thought I'd give it one more year and see what this past year brought us. So far we have been pleased. Claims have been paid, and in a timely manner. They are great about letting you know they are working on it.

My cat has cancer and the treatments and surgery thus far have been paid as they should. I am very satisfied with the policy and service.
