i bought my policy about 5 years ago when my first dog was just a puppy.. then a year later added another puppy to my policy. i also bought the wellness package at the time i bought the policy. choosing EMBRACE was the best thing i have done. they are so responsive when i make claims. the later part of last year 2017 and continuing into this year i will have some big claims as my pups are having some problems.so far they have covered all claims without a fuss. i can only say great things about EMBRACE.
