Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace Pet insurance was recommended to me by my Vet and I'm so glad we took her advice. Buster recently had eye surgery and Embrace covered the second opinion, and 80% of the procedure. Besides making it possible for me to access the best care for my Havanese angel, the people who work at Embrace are polite, professional, and caring. I highly recommend Embrace for the best coverage and customer service.

Like many people we never had pet insurance before now-and my gosh what we have been missing ! We priced many companies and we are so happy we chose Embrace. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are very professional to speak with and our claims are processed very quickly & I am always kept in the loop of processing ! My Border Collie, 2 1/2 years now, is a very active girl. She listens well and lives to serve. And I purchased Embrace Insurance to provide me peace of mind as she grows. My first claim came after an unexplained lethargy that came on suddenly; the vet actually stated she looked alert at admission. She was hurt. So I worried how this claim would be viewed. No problems, the research was completed and I received compensation and my faith in Embrace was confirmed. My second claim, just a week later, was for a large gaping wound in the side from a run-in with a fence in my yard. I had to laugh as the vet's response on initial view was "how alert" she appeared. It was the same vet as my previous visit. I turned her side on to the vet and she immediately went into emergency mode. Surgery was immediately performed and a few hours later we were on our way home, together. This claim was also approved by Embrace. My girl has been covered since the week I brought her home at 10 weeks, these are my first two claims. And I have recommended Embrace to others, and will maintain our coverage for life, as I feel safe knowing that if we have another emergency I have someone to share the cost with me. Thanks Embrace

I should have read the terms & conditions a little more carefully on my part when I first signed up for this policy. I cannot increase my coverage because Embrace will not cover any claims for any conditions under my original policy because it's like signing up for a new policy & the conditions are considered pre-existing. As a policyholder, if the customer is willing to pay the additional premium amounts to increase coverage, why can't we still be covered. We are the customers as well as our pets and I think we deserved to have that "customer service". For the love of pets, what is the true purpose of having insurance?

My experience with Embrace has been wonderful. I have coverage for two dogs. For one of them I have never had to use the coverage thankfully. However for the 2nd dog, I have really gotten to see how great Embrace is. I wish that I had never had a reason to use the insurance, but unfortunately my dog had to have surgery on a mammary mass that turned out to be carcinoma. Thankfully she is handling her surgery and chemo treatments well. Having Embrace has been a life saver. They have paid every claim I have submitted and have covered everything as explained in the policy. Thanks for making a difficult situation a little easier!
