Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Very very happy with Embrace throughput the whole process- submitting claims, reviewing the status on line,short processing time and of course no surprises with the coverage. Having two kitties with serious conditions : cancer and kidney failure I am so happy I enrolled them years ago. Thankfully there are great treatment options available but without insurance, without Embrace would have been impossible to keep up with the bills Any pet parents who loves their furry kids should have insurance for them. Imagine the heartbreak of having a sick pet, and not being able to afford the treatment.

We knew that when the time came to say goodbye to our Empress it was going to be beyond difficult. Pet Owners get that. What made this slightly more manageable, but still tough, was knowing we did not have to make a decision based on Finances, but on what was right. Embrace gave us that peace of mind and for that we are all grateful.

Although I've had my older dog for 8 years now, it was only about 2 years ago that I considered pet insurance, and that was due to USAA recommending this company. Well, anything that USAA recommends is something I trust, so I got policies for both of my dogs. This past year I've had to file several claims; nothing to bad, but I was able to meet my deduction and then get several reimbursements. Embrace made this so easy for me. Although one of my claims was initially declined (due to my lack of providing adequate information), I called them and cleared it up, and within one day they approved the claim and issued payment. I'm so impressed with them. As my older dog continues to age, this is a great comfort to me knowing that I can get my baby treated properly, and not have to worry about skimping on his medical care due to the cost. Highly recommend this company.

I have seen some negative reviews but I think these are from individuals that haven't read their policy thoroughly. We have 10 dogs and one cat and Embrace provides affordable insurance that meets our needs. They have paid every claim according to our policy. We have been with them one year and plan on continuing.
