Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace Pet Insurance is the first and only pet insurance company we have had the pleasure of dealing with for our 2 pets since they were pups. Yes, for the first 12 years we have had few claims and never met the deductible, but we knew the coverage was there in case the charges escalate out of affordability. Now for the first time we have had to turn in a few claims that were over our deductible and the Embrace staff is quick to turn-around the review of the claims and fast payment. Wide range of coverage options based on what you want to spend. We have $600 deductible and 20% co-pay. If you have any questions Embrace staff would be happy to answer them as they did for me and the explanation is easy to understand. I will stay with Embrace and I advise you to as well.

Processing time is average. Like any insurer, they will attempt to deny claims but overall they have paid the benefits available under the policy. I would recommend Embrace to a friend or family member.

When we adopted Bentley 3 years ago, we decided to purchase a pet insurance policy. After researching multiple pet insurance companies, I chose Embrace because of how they calculate claims. I liked that the reimburseable amount was calculated after applying the deductible, much like my own health insurance does. I also liked that the cost of the office visit was covered for both accident & illness claims. Several companies I researched did not include this charge in calculating covered expenses. Being able to select a deductible and annual limit was a nice feature as well, which helped to keep the monthly premium affordable. In the third year of coverage, Bentley had his first claim. Embrace processed and paid the claim in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone purchasing pet insurance.

First time ever I bought insurance for a pet not knowing it would be the best investment I have ever made. Mia is now 3, I have had Embrace since she was 12 weeks old. Mia has been diagnosed with several problems, her medication runs around $230.00 a month, along with periodic tests. Embrace has reimbursed me 90% of my costs after my deductible was met. Thank goodness for Embrace.

I have a new puppy and have found the Wellness plan through Embrace to be a great financial tool for the high costs of vaccinations/vet visits/spay procedure and first getting a puppy off to a great start. The staff at Embrace have been very easy to work with and claims have been processed quickly. So far no complaints!
