Kyper had to have a thorough diagnostic series to determine whether or not she had an intestinal blockage. The conclusion was negative, which made everyone happy. Embrace received our claim via fax and honored it within weeks. That compares well with our previous experience with other companies. As always with insurance, it's good to have it and you hope to never need it.

We did not have our 1st Great Dane Isabel covered, her bills racked up to over ten grand in just 4 days. She did pass away due to her illness. That will never happen again! Now I have another new Great Dane puppy that I covered with Embrace before I took her to the vet. They have covered every single bill I have submitted, even nail clipping, ear cleaning & baths.

Embrace has been totally amazing with approving and reimbursing my claims for my Shadow. He's had a pretty rough year between a diagnosis of chronic bronchitis and then removal of a lipoma, Embrace approved every single claim without hesitation. Shadow is on Flovent for his bronchitis which is quite expensive. Without pet insurance I would have had to make some really tough decisions, especially during the June 2017 through October 2017 timeframe when I was unemployed. Knowing Embrace would reimburse 80% of his medication as well as the lipoma removal, I didn't have to make those tough choices. I couldn't think of ever changing from Embrace. And we just added our new little girl to the policy!
