Embrace made the difference in Emmie’s life
I rescued Emmie in October of 2013 (approximately 8 months old) and she has been embraced since her foster fail adoption in Jan 2014. Throughout the years Emmie has been living the life, she went to doggy camp, she slept in the sunshine as it came through the windows of the house, she had pillows and blankets that made it even more comfy, she had playdates and sleep overs and was able to run off leash during hikes in the area and be free. In July 2017 she was seen for the first time “abdominal problems” had testing done and began to get better better... no issues. In September she started with other symptoms and this time she required surgery which she recovered from... testing was negative for cancer so we continued with her treatments and care. In October she continued to be seen in the Vet and the speciality hospital as she just wasn’t getting better. Testing continued to not show anything definitive. In November 2017 she was seen again and this time she had a repeat biopsy which had grown and additional areas were now suspicious..... this happened in less than three weeks. This time it was cancer.... and the morning of this visit she let me know with her eyes that she was tired and it was time. I let my Emmie go peacefully that day. It was painful then and is still painful now.... but I know the right decision was made. Embrace Insurance took away that financial strain that would added to these last few months. They paid over $7,100 and allowed me the opportunity to make decisions for Emmie. This was the first year I needed to claim anything but it was there when I needed it. Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace. The staff is very caring and all claims are handled very efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody!!!!!

Embrace is the best!
I got Embrace for Micah when he turned 2. Every year the premiums went up a little but thank God I never had to use the insurance. Such a healthy boy. It was just there "In Case." Well "In Case" happened in 2017. Embrace came through in flying colors. They even covered some things that weren't covered. No medical decision I made on Micah's behalf was based on anything other than his wellbeing because he had Embrace. I highly recommend them.

Embrace really came through
I had several claims for my maltipoo over the course of the current plan year including an after hours emergency and specialized veterinary evaluations. Embrace processed my claims quickly and reimbursed me for a good portion of the costs incurred. I am delighted with the coverage, the service and the courtesy of their staff. Thank you!!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
