Horrible Customer Service
I can't tell you how unhappy I am with this insurance company. The customer service here is horrible. One rep tells you one thing and another one something else. I find myself calling at least three times for each claim than I should have. The website is not user friendly and not clear. My last experience was when I put in for a claim for the dog's medication. Was sent an email to show proof of the receipt and the name of the medication. Did that. When I saw it was still pending I called and they wanted to know why was he given medication and I told them they had to link it to the diagnosis report. They did that then I get an email stating it was not part of my coverage. You think they would tell me that in the beginning instead of making me go through all of that. If my pet did not have an existing condition I would have dropped this coverage a long time ago.
