Awesome customer service!

Customer service has been so helpful, nice, and all around awesome! I just signed up for this insurance and called 3 times total in the month I have had this insurance company. The first call was to get set up for per insurance, the second was to make sure I was submitting in a claim correctly, and the third call was today. I had to make sure that the claim I sent in was correct and the customer service was above and beyond helpful, and made sure everything was correct for me. I am one happy customer! Thank you customer service people at Embrace pet insurance!

The entire team at Embrace has been great, we are customers for life!

Our 11 month old Mini Schnauzer began struggling with seizures and could not keep food down. Our vet diagnosed a porto-systemic liver shunt and the specialist surgical bill exceeded $7,000.00. Happy to report the surgery has been a huge success and Piper is again enjoying being a puppy again with no lingering complications so far. Embrace claims staff was fantastic, they reimbursed within 3 weeks from filing the claim and it was a very simple process.

Glad I chose this company!

My dog had a few pre-existing conditions but I like that after a year if they don’t occur again they’re erased so it’s like starting from scratch! I love how they explain why something isn’t covered and they email back really fast when I have questions concerning a claim. I am really glad I chose embrace! Highly recommend them!!!

Awesome Insurance

I can't say enough good things about Embrace. Before joining Embrace we had a different insurer. The monthly cost was almost $35/mo more than Embrace when I obtained the quote. In addition to being cheaper, Embrace offered more coverage than the other insurer. We have had to use Embrace more than once this past year, and I have never had an issue with our claims. Embrace is awesome!

Great service with prompt refund

I love that most of our vet expenses are covered. We get back the 80% refund promptly within two weeks. I have been recommending to many.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
