Embrace is the BEST!

Embrace customer service always feel like family--had questions about coverage for my greyhound's latest injury, and the guy I talked with at Embrace was so helpful! Embrace is common sense, non-bureaucratic, caring insurance. Embrace was recommended to me by another greyhound owner (greyhounds are like thoroughbred horses--bred for speed, not health, and being delicate, are prone to injury)--and I am thrilled with Embrace. MUCH better than VPI which I had for a former dog.

If you have a dog or cat you need Embrace pet insurance

We have had only the best customer service with Embrace pet insurance. If we did not have Embrace pet insurance, we would not have been able to afford the surgery our puppy needed. We are so grateful for Embrace pet insurance!

Excellent

I couldn't be happier with Embrace. I originally had 2 cats on the policy, and one passed away this September. Everything was handled very professionally, and I was very impressed and appreciative when I received a sympathy card from Embrace when Bonnie passed. I would recommend Embrace to anyone. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

I am beyond impressed! My dog got sick and I had to make a claim...in less than 48 hours I received a message letting me know the details of the coverage. Every time I have called Embrace, I have received the most wonderful and professional customer service. Too bad they don't cover humans because I would definitely enroll with them. :)

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
