Thankful for Embrace

I have 3 dogs but Petey is my oldest Mini Schnauzer at 12 years. This year I have really had to use the insurance as Petey has suffered from back issues. Having Embrace has allowed me to be able to say yes to a CT scan to try and determine the problem, they covered a wheelchair for his use when need be and now are covering acupuncture treatments which are allowing him to keep some quality of life and be able to get around. Their reimbursement time has gotten shorter and I'm amazed at how quick it is sometimes. I'm thankful I have insurance on my boys and for me Embrace is the best.

Embrace has helped so much.

Have been with Embrace for years, have never had a problem. But just recently my dog had to have many test which led to surgery. The vet bills are over 5000.00, so far Embrace has been paying all my claims. I would highly recommend them.

Very thankful and happy with service

Embrace has been helpful and easy to work with through may health problems, including very serious ones requiring time in the hospital. They have reimbursed me for my visits to vets to try to figure out the best way to treat a few chronic conditions my dog has. I am very thankful.

Great Coverage for my senior dachshund

My furbaby, my longhaired doxie Peggy, was suddenly diagnosed with carcinoma. She needed tests, surgery, and going forward treatment. We were so frightened we were going to lose her and also that we weren't going to be able to afford the high costs the hospital was quoting us. I was crossing paws the bills would be reimbursed and they were! I'm so glad we have Embrace going forward giving us the cancer treatment options we need to if possible cure (again paws ceased) or to maintain a good quality of life for years to come for our very loved little dog.

I've only used the insurance for well visits. It has been great so far. Refunds have been transferred in a timely manner.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
