Outstanding Claims Support

I could not have made a better choice in a pet insurance provider. Embrace has kept their promise and covered our Darwin's medical expenses. Their support has been invaluable. Without pet insurance I/we would have had to make a very difficult decision. Darwin's medical cost have been very costly, time consuming, and stressful. Selecting Embrace Pet Insurance was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Never had an issue with my little Lady

Our dog was diagnosed with DM (degenerative myelopathy). My wife and I submitted multiple claims for her from the standard checkup all the way up to having an MRI done on her. The staff was nothing more than professional and when that fateful day finally came around the card, sent to us which was signed by the persons that had processed her previous claims, made us feel that we made the right choice in choosing Embrace for our little girl.

Wellness plan

I am very happy with the service I have received by this company to date. Wellness claims processing is very quick and I am grateful there is a orthopedic waiting period waiver for TX residences. I have two dogs and both have insurance with the wellness plans, I view the wellness part like a Health Savings Account that many employers offer to help employees establish funds for many wellness items that can be pretty expensive; kind of a 0% financing on stuff your pet needs. As a retired military member, we get a discount and a multiple pets discounts that helps with the monthly premium. Also, the other awesome other part is what I would call the disapearing deductible and the freedom to determine the coverage that will fit your budget. Melissa from San Antonio TX

Always a pleasure!

I have had pet insurance with Embrace for one year. I have been impressed with the rapid response to my questions and to claims submitted. I highly recommend Embrace to others! And my vet uses Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
