Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I’vd had Embrace dog Insurance for approx 6-7 years or so and recently had to submit a very large claim. The process was easy and I like the fact that I didn’t have a deductible since I haven’t had a claim in over 4 years, reason being is that each year there isn’t a claim the deductible reduces by $50. That is a very nice feature. Within 7-10 days of submitting my claim a check had been issued. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. My only dissatisfaction as with every insurance is the monthly cost has doubled since I first signed on. But if you’re not going to be disciplined to put away the money yourself each month for emergency I would highly recommend Embrace for the peace of mind should an emergency occur. It’s very expensive to get a dog treated at a vet. I just hope the monthly premium has a cap. Other than that I’m very grateful and thankful for their coverage and excellent customer service. ❤️

Embrace has literally saved my dog's life. After having been diagnosed with idiopathic pericardial effusion, my dog has had to receive multiple intensive treatments and surgery. The insurance allowed me to make sure all of her medical necessities were taken care of and for that I am eternally grateful. The customer service is second to be none. This is by far the best pet insurance company and the best thing you can do for your pet is to sign up! It could save their life! Thank you Embrace!!

I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. My dog, who is older but otherwise healthy when I began paying premiums, this year needed some medical imaging, consults with a specialist, blood work, and later appointments for chiropracty (something I normally wouldn't have thought about). Embrace has accepted every claim I submitted, and treated me very fairly through this process. I got a clear policy with clear benefits and have needed to use them this year, which is more pleasant than I could have imagined. Claims are easily submitted by email for me, or by fax through my vet. Totally worth the expense!

Embrace communicates in a timely fashion with the clients re: their claims. They are fair & the claims are processed quickly! Thank you, Embrace!
