Anyone looking for the best pet insurance ever, I highly recommend Embrace. I have been very impressed with it and have recommended it to many of my friends.

Our dog was diagnosed with a cyst one week after we had just switched insurance companies. Five weeks later she was diagnosed with a very rare cancer. Embrace insists this is a pre-existing condition and won't cover her medical expenses Although Embrace may have the small print to exclude our dog from coverage, they did nothing to investigate the real facts of this situation to see, in reality, that this is NOT "pre-existing" in any way. If we had known of a pre-existing condition, why would we have switched insurance coverage knowing it would have caused us to lose coverage for our dog?? I feel Embrace is very uncaring about unusual cases like this and could have done more to give coverage we are paying for.

I still can't believe they actually kept their promise! For the first time in my life, I've encountered an insurance company that doesn't lie/try avoid paying what it should. SUPER happy with everything from A to Z! Never had an issue, every claim I submitted and was supposed to be accepted by our policy- was actually accepted! I even got an actual reimbursement check from them. Highly recommended to ANY pet owner out there!

Embrace has been very responsiveness to our needs during the consultation and surgical procedure for our Chihuahua. Their professionalism and knowledge were paramount to fulfilling both substantiation and reimbursement requirements of this veterinanry claim.
