Thank goodness I got Embrace!

We decided to get Embrace while our dog was healthy "just in case." It turned out at age 6 Hollywood needed multiple visits to an Opthamologist and then eye surgery. Embrace covered everything 80%. FIling claims is as easy as an attached photo in an email with an explanation, and funds are reimbursed into your bank account. Also, the customer service via phone is EXCELLENT!

Best pet insurer out there

I have had my beautiful Lab Max insured with Embrace for nearly 2 years. I have unfortunately had to use it several times due to cancer, and they have always been accepting and prompt with the coverage. I don't know how I would have done this without them. The customer service is excellent; friendly and very helpful. Thank you Embrace! (and yes, I have recommended them to other pet owners)

Had other insurance companies but Embrace is the BEST !

This is our third insurance companies and Embrace covers more than those other companies. My poor golden had double knee surgeries when she was a baby and the last instance company wouldn't cover any of the surgery and together that was over $4000.We didn't heist to pay it for our baby.But as long as I have family pets we will be with Embrace that is a Promise too !

Embrace has been a life saver!

I have had multiple pet insurances throughout my dog's life. The past few years we have had Embrace. My dog is almost 13 and she recently started having major heart problems the past few months. Submitting a claim is easy, as my vet keeps a blank claim form and submits it for me after a visit. Embrace is quick to process claims and they have great customer service.

Quick to respond

Very easy to submit claims, response is also very quick. Love the fact that direct deposit has now been added for claims payments, this makes it much faster to pay off the vet bills. I never have to worry about paperwork, they call the vet and take care of everything.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
