Easy & quick claim process

Our lab tore her knee ligament late last year and had TPLO surgery in January. The cost was $3k+. After submitting the claim, Embrace approved within a few days and we received the checks within a couple of weeks. It was amazing response time and customer service given my experience with most other insurance companies (car, home, health, etc...). Would definitely recommend Embrace to others. I am still surprised by how easy and quick the claim reimbursement process was.

Our experience with Embrace has been wonderful!

We have had to use our pet insurance a few times over the last couple years when our dog was very sick, Embrace was always quick to reimburse. The process was always quite simple and we received our money within a few weeks. Customer service dept is nice to deal with also.

Embrace has covered everything

Embrace has covered nearly everything I've submitted for my dog, Nayla. Expensive testing, visits to a specialist, and medications. I'm getting ready to renew, and I will do so happily.

Everything is covered

I love Embrace Pet Insurance. They pay claims quickly and they cover practically everything. Their prices are better than most companies as well. They have saved me over $10,000 for my 2 dogs who have both had major spine injuries and 1 with liver problems. It's a great feeling to know I never have to make the decision to get a procedure done for my pets if it's too expensive.

Outstanding Service

We have had an Embrace policy since brought our puppy home. We wanted piece of mind in case something tragic happened. The staff at Embrace have always been helpful and truly care about your pet. Claims are always processed quickly and with zero hassle. I will continue to refer other pet owners to Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
