Embrace really helped me in time of great need
Jasmine was over 11 years old when she developed Lymphoma, a fatal cancer of the lymph nodes. Diagnosing it was a slow, painful process. She began by throwing up what she ate. But she had always tended to throw up and it took me a while to realize this was different. We took her to the vet three times before it was obvious what the problem was and we realized we couldn't help any more. The vet was very helpful during this process but each visit was very expensive and I continued to bring her, hoping that I would be able to get some kind of reimbursement. Insurers being what they are, I expected a struggle with poor results. I wrote to Embrace asking how to make the claims and they answered me quickly with instructions on how to send my vet's email address along with the claims. I filed and to my surprise, and relief, the claims were processed quickly and I received a substantial reimbursement. Losing Jasmine was very sad. I and my household will all miss her. But at least the sadness was not complicated by the dread that comes with large, unpayable medical bills. So thank you, Embrace.
