Our beautiful, beloved 3 yr old Bernese Mountain dog, Hudson somehow ingested something, maybe a bone. We don't know. It caused a tear in his esophagus that could not be repaired in spite of the heroic efforts of Oradell Animal hospital Doctors and staff. He was put to rest while in our loving embrace. My wife, whom he adored is devastated. My grief at the loss of this happy, loving, gentle giant with his beautiful soul physically hurts. Embrace not only handled our claim with compassion and expediency during this time of incredible grief , but the candle they lit and donation in his honor to help feed shelter animals is fitting tribute to this gentle, loving giant who loved children, playing with other dogs and being with us. After having 2 sick cats for years I know what a veterinary visit alone costs and hospital treatment etc. Got 2 Siamese kitties and immediately got Embrace. Both cats have reached deductible and I've been paid for 2 claims. It's great not to worry financially about vet visits!!

I’ve had a great experience with Embrace! They covered diagnostic testing for Makenna when she had a heart murmur shortly after we adopted her. Since she’s recently been diagnosed with Cushings Disease the coverage has truly been fantastic. This is a disease with expensive diagnostic testing, expensive maintenance drugs and it’s a chronic disease that will be with us as long as Makenna is. We just are so grateful for Embrace and the peace of mind it provides. We tell everyone about Embrace!!!

I was skeptical at first and have paid for years and was so happy when I received reimbursement for vet expenses under an emergency. The initial claim process I thought was confusing but we worked it out. Thank you

The only good thing I can say is that Embrace communicates well. What they communicate, though, is the many ways your claims are excluded from payment. Not worth the monthly payment!
