We are glad we found Embrace, and have been impressed with the prompt, caring service by this company!
This is our first experience with having any pet insurance, and so far we are very happy to have chosen Embrace for our little cat's coverage! Embrace representatives have been excellent, prompt communicators, answering all of our questions and concerns. The Embrace website is very user-friendly and all claim information is kept current. We have been telling our pet-,owner friends about Embrace- you are an A+ company for us!

I Couldn't be any more pleased with Embrace
We have been with Embrace for about a year and a half, Fortunately we have only had a minor claim for one of our dogs. The claim was covered. The important thing I want to say is that every communication we have had with Embrace has been taken care of quickly. The Pet Portal is absolutely wonderful and well done! I have to chuckle with the 'Space Dog'. There is never any site confusion, which says a lot, as I used to be a programmer for robotics. I love Embrace! 10/10

OUTSTANDING PET INSURANCE COMPANY
WE RECENTLY HAD TWO CLAIMS FOR THIS DOG "J J". THE STAFF AT EMBRACE WAS THOROUGH AND QUICK. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE. BEST OF ALL WE DID NOT HAVE TO KEEP ANSWERING QUESTIONS, NOR DID WE GO BACK AND FORTH REGARDING THE CLAIM. EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS.

I am pleased with the service
I have been pleased with the service, although I was very confused at first about how long I had to file claims.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
